Having trouble viewing a training video or knowing where to take a test? These instructions will help you navigate the training course.
Once you are logged into your training course, navigating the course is easy! If you need help logging in, click here.
On the lower left, you will see the course name and the modules listed in order.
On the lower right, you will see the training course video. Click the sideways triangle to play the video, use the speaker to adjust volume, and use the four-corners icon to make the video full-screen.
At the end of the video, you will see the orange box labeled "Take Test" - click here to begin the exam.
If you don't pass, don't worry, you can re-take the tests as many times as you need to.
