How do I add or delete items on my manifest, certificate of destruction, or service ticket
Manifest item and service list.
To add or modify a service item to be selected in the driver, click on Manage Manifest, Settings, and then Manifest Item Service List.
- This service list displays all of your available services and items you currently have active or inactive on the system.
- Add additional services or items by clicking on the Add button found on the bottom of your list. You may select an item prepopulated in the list, or you can create a new item or service by selecting one of the Custom items.
- For example, select Custom 23, enter an item description in the Item-Service Label. Enter in the items Tare Weight and Volume, if applicable. Tare Weight is used to subtract the weight of the container from the total container weight during the weighing process.
- To remove an item or service, uncheck “Active Driver Option”.
- Click Update Item-Services to save your work. Once saved, these items are instantly available on the Driver application to service your customer.
Repeat the same process for all documents, including delivery documents.
