What is expected stop time?

Adding expected stops times means more accurate route times.

Stop times are estimated using three levels of priority.

The default stop time for affiliates is used for all customers unless a value is entered at the Customer Level or the Customer/Route Level (see slides below). Unless adjusted by the Affiliate, default is set to 5 minutes.

A stop time estimate for specific customers can be used. If entered, this estimate takes priority over the Default Stop Time For Affilitate.

An estimated stop time for specific schedules can be used. This estimate is the most specific and takes priority over all others.
