What do I do if the customer's geolocation is not found?

Sometimes while inputting a new customer the error "This customer is missing geolocation information. Please edit this customer's address." will show up, we recommend using the Google Maps address to fix this.

If you are receiving the error "This customer is missing geolocation information. Please edit this customer's address." while inputting a new customer address, we recommend the following:

1) Search for the customer's address using Google Maps: https://www.google.com/maps/

2) Once you've found your customer's address, copy and paste it into the "Customer Information" tab within the new customer setup.

3) Ensure you copy the address to the "Place of Service Address", if you intend to schedule the customer for pickup.
