Weight warnings in Approve data - 3/7/19

When you are approving data, we've added another tool to help you catch missed revenue opportunities!

When approving manifests, warnings will now display if the following three conditions are met:

1. There is an applicable Weight Per Container rule for the container type in place
2. The manifest is itemized
3. The container is missing a weight
