I can't access a training course because I am out of Training Credits. How do I order or purchase more?

You need credits to train. One employee taking one training costs one credit, unless otherwise noted.

Typically every account receives 10 free credits every year, but this can vary if your account is administered by an affiliate of Compliance Publishing who allows a different amount of free credits every year. A credit is consumed when a training is officially started by the trainee. If a credit is consumed mistakenly, the training session can be deleted by a training administrator on the Training Administration page. The system will find and consume free annual credits first before using credits that have been purchased or distributed separately.

Please follow the prompts on the screen to order or purchase more training credits. We do not manage the training credits that are provided to individual customers. If you have a question about the number of credits in your account or having trouble accessing a course, and your account is administered by your medical waste disposal company, you will need to contact your medical waste disposal company to discuss this matter.
