      WHEN PRICE ADJUSTMENTS (INCREASES OR DECREASES) ARE DESIRED, THE TOOL CAN BE USED TO UNIFORMALLY ADJUST PRICES IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:

      ▪ Delivery Rules
      ▪ Flat Fees

      EACH CUSTOMER ASSIGNED THE TRAINING PRODUCT WILL HAVE TRAINING CREDITS REPLENISHED TO THE ANNUAL QUOTA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR CONTRACT AT THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY
