      RULES CAN BE BUILT TO CHARGE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS/SERVICES COMPLETED IN AN ENTIRE CALENDAR MONTH

      Establish fee(s) for monthly allotment

      ▪ Set customer to "Monthly with Allotment" Billing Cycle
      ▪ Billing Cycle ensures that entire month will be chosen for billing dates
      ▪ Customer will be billed for entire month at end of month

      RULE CLASS:

      ▪ Consider establishing unique rule classes for monthly allotment customers
      ▪ In this example, monthly allotment is for 3 RMW and 2 Shred containers

       

      PICKUP RULES:

      1. Set usage to "No. of Items/Services Alloted for Calendar month
      2. Enter price for Items/Services above alloted range

      ▪ Create a rule to account for what happens if quantity is over the monthly limit of 3 RMW container set items
