Set customer to "Monthly with Allotment" Billing Cycle
Billing Cycle ensures that entire month will be chosen for billing dates
Customer will be billed for entire month at end of month

Consider establishing unique rule classes for monthly allotment customers
In this example, monthly allotment is for 3 RMW and 2 Shred containers

 

PICKUP RULES:

1. Set usage to "No. of Items/Services Alloted for Calendar month
2. Enter price for Items/Services above alloted range
