How to suppress all Billing emails to individual customers in a billing group

WHEN A SUBCONTRACTING AFFILIATE BILLS AN OWNING AFFILIATE BILLING GROUP IN CPNET, NEW FEATURES HELP TO ENSURE THAT BILLING EMAILS ARE NOT SENT TO THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER

BILLING GROUP SETUP

▪	Three customers are to be billed to the owning affiliate

▪	Email address is included

▪	Additional emails can also be added for incremental individuals requiring a copy

BILLING GROUP SETUP

▪	Click on the last checkbox to suppress all Billing emails to individual customers in the group

▪	This includes Mailing and Invoicing email addresses and Billing emails in Contacts

THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS NEW FUNCTIONALITY IS TO AVOID SENDING THE SUBCONTRACT INVOICE TO THE INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS. THESE CUSTOMERS ARE MOST OFTEN BILLED BY THE OWNING AFFILIATE
