How to move an entire route to another date and/or truck.

MOVE AN ENTIRE ROUTE AT ONE TIME, TO ANOTHER DATE OR ANOTHER ROUTE

It's Thanksgiving, and you need to move all of the customers from one route on one day, to another route on another day. Or, you wish to move some customers from one route on Thursday, and put them on two or three other routes.

There is a new feature. In two places, Upcoming Schedule Report and Routing Date Range, you can move customers, using the Display Map button.

STEP #1. In the Upcoming Schedule Report, select the date range that you may wish to move, click View, and then click the Display Scheduling Map.

STEP #1. In the Routing Date Range Report, select the date range that you may wish to move, click View, and then click the Display Scheduling Map.

STEP #2. Click on the grey box in the top-middle of the map screen, click on the map and box out the area of the map to move your customers.

You may click on the grey box to create a new box, which will allow you to fine-tune your area.

The bottom of map will display how many customer stops are in the grey box to potentially move.

CLICK ON THIS BOX, in this example where it displays 124 Selected Stops.

STEP #3. Select the individual customers, or click Select All, for a route, or multiple routes, select the the truck/route to move the customers, and select the date you will move the customers to, and click Move Selected Stops.
