Product Access and Suspensions

Getting Started: Learn how to manage your customers product access.

Customer Product Access and Suspension.

  • Click on Manage Customers and select your customer. Next, click Product Access on the left side navigation. To add any customer product access, check the Access box next to the product, and enter a Begin and End Date.
  • To suspend a customer, click on Suspend All Active. Once you've clicked on Suspend All Active, you will enter a suspension reason, enter an expected reactivation date, and enter any notes for the suspension. Click Save Product Access.
  • A customer may be auto-suspended if their account is past due. To ensure that a critical customers account is not auto-suspended, click the “Do Not Auto Suspend” checkbox on the top of this section.
