The spreadsheets you can create cover your entire customer list, your service schedule data, your pickup history, your delivery history, and your billing invoice history.
Your customer list exporter can be found under Manage Customers -> Customer Reports -> Customer Spreadsheets, and choosing the Customer List report type.
The pick up and delivery exporter can be found under Manage Manifest -> Manifest Reports -> Spreadsheet Exporter. Build the spreadsheet to your liking, save the spreadsheet layout so you don't have to build it again, and select your date range.

The billing invoice exporter works much the same as the pick up and delivery exporter. It can be found under Billing -> Billing -> Invoice Spreadsheet Exporter.
