Mid-Screen:

Affiliate indicates desired auto replenishment quantity when training credit pool reaches zero

Base customer price per credit (option for customer specific pricing discussed below)
Message to customer in portal when ordering

TRAINING CREDIT REPORT:

Lists each credit distribution for period chosen
Facilitates timely and accurate customer billing for credit purchases

CUSTOM PRICING OF TRAINING CREDITS:

Base price was $10 per credit as indicated above
Update Customer Data Screen can be used to customize multiple customer prices at one time

Custom Price per credit is stored in Customer Settings
Custom Price per credit can also be maintained in this screen

AFFILIATE EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF CREDITS DISTRIBUTED

Can be sent each time a customer orders credits
All current emails in the system will be set to receive this email by default.

 

CUSTOMER ORDERS CREDITS DIRECTLY THROUGH THE COMPLIANCE PORTAL AS NEEDED

AUTO REPLENISH REMOVES THE NEED FOR CUSTOMERS TO CALL THE AFFILIATE TO PURCHASE MORE CREDITS, THUS REDUCING AFFLIATE LABOR REQUIRED TO MANAGE THE PROCESS
