You can now purchase additional training credits easily from the Affiliate tab in the Operations Portal.
There are two ways to purchase additional training credits:
- Click the Affiliate tab > click Options and Tools > click Order Training Credits and fill out the form.
If this is your first time purchasing credits, you will also want to fill out your Credit Message with your contact information, which is the link just below Order Training Credits. With a credit message in place, your customers will no longer be able to purchase credits directly through Compliance Publishing. The message will be displayed instead, and they will contact you to purchase more credits.
2. Under the Manage Customers tab > choose a customer and select Training Credits > click Order More Training Credits
