How to remove CPNet relationship between two affiliates.

When a CPNet relationship needs to be broken, a few steps need to be taken to remove it.

First you will need to manually remove all customer connections. Do this in your affiliate administration portal under CPNet > Customer Matches. Use the delete button next to any applicable customer matches. Customer match requests can then be made with another partnering affiliate.

When all customer matches have been deleted, contact Compliance Publishing and we will delete the CPNet connection between the two affiliates.
