How to limit training employees to only assigned trainings
You can control the trainings that employees take by assigning them certain trainings, and cutting off access to all others.
In the compliance portal, navigate to Training > Administration. Put in your additional password. At the top of the page, click on Choose an Admin Tool > Options. You will see a checkbox to "Limit employees to ONLY assigned trainings". Check the box and save the setting. Employees will no longer be allowed to start a training without it explicitly being assigned to them.
