How does an affiliate update their affiliate company name?

There are a few places where affiliate names are set. Follow this guide.

Now is a good time to look over all of your affiliate company names. It only takes a few minutes.

In your affiliate portal, Manage Manifest > Settings is a good place to start. The transporter office company name is what appears for manifest/service related information and emails. If you use billing and autopay, click on Email Message Center in the left hand navigation, then click Invoice Receipt Email Message to set those settings. Next for billing, navigate to Billing > Setup > Billing Settings. The "mail to" company name is listed here.

Next go to Affiliate > Options & Tools > Contact Information. Set the affiliate name here, as this is used most often to represent your company's name. Then click on Email Reply To Options in the left hand navigation and update that "reply to" email address.
