How does an affiliate update the "reply to" email address that customers see in their emails?

There are a few places to update the reply to email address.

Now is a good time to look over all of your email "reply to" settings. It only takes a few minutes.

In your affiliate portal, Manage Manifest > Settings is a good place to start. The transporter office email addresses are used as the "reply to" email addresses for manifest/service related emails. If you use billing and autopay, click on Email Message Center in the left hand navigation, then click Invoice Receipt Email Message to set those settings. The "reply to" email address set here will override the "reply to" set in the next step. Next for billing, navigate to Billing > Setup > Billing Settings. The general billing "reply to" will be here.

Next go to Affiliate > Options & Tools > Contact Information. Set the email address here, as it is used as a fallback "reply to" email address. Then click on Email Reply To Options in the left hand navigation and update that "reply to" email address. Also while on this page, if you are adjusting email addresses because an employee no longer works for you, click on Email Addresses in the left hand navigation and deactivate any email address that shouldn't be receiving system emails from Compliance Publishing.
