You can view or print your medical waste manifests or shredding certificates of destruction easily from the MyDocs tab in your OSHA portal
From the OSHA portal:
- Click MyDocs tab
- Select "Manifests XXXX" for the year that you would like to view
- Scroll through the list to find your specific manifest that you would like to view
- Select the manifest and option to download (print) or email the manifest
Alternatively, these documents can be found by navigating to MyDocs > Service Reports. There service dates can be put in to quickly find the exact service documents that you want.
