Zebra printing is for printing labels. In driver view, it is implemented with the Compliance Publishing Print app. In admin view, pdfs are generated in appropriate sizes for a label printer and no additional software is required.
WHICH PRINTERS SHOULD I USE?
You may use any ZQ Zebra Mobile Printer that supports 3 or 4 inch labels. Make sure it is a mobile printer. We have fully tested our software with the following models:
ZQ510
ZQ520
The ZQ510 has been replaced with the ZQ511, and the ZQ520 has been replaced with the ZQ521. While we have not tested these updated printers, some affiliates have and have had no problems.
Here are some links to Zebra's full breakdown on these printers:

https://www.zebra.com/us/en/products/spec-sheets/printers/mobile/zq511-zq521-rfid.html
WHICH LABELS SHOULD I USE?
The newer ZQ511 has the same media specs as the ZQ510, and the newer ZQ521 has the same media specs as the ZQ520.
The labels just need to be compatible with your particular printer, but there are 3 dimensions that are important:
Width: 3 or 4 inches
More specifically:
The ZQ510 uses max. 80mm labels and can print up to max. 72mm
The ZQ520 uses max. 113mm labels and can print up to max. 104mm
Height: 2 to 4 inches for drivers, or 4 to 6 inches for an in-office printer
Roll Size: This will depend on your printer:
For ZQ520 the Maximum Roll Size is 2.24"
For ZQ510 the Maximum Roll Size is 2.0"
ZQ511 and ZQ521 TROUBLESHOOTING
On an iOS device, the ZQ511 and ZQ521 require a Zebra Device Setup app in order to find the printer and do the initial setup/configuration. This Zebra Device Setup app has been known to prevent the Compliance Publishing Print app from printing. The Zebra Device Setup app creates a Bluetooth connection in the phone's Bluetooth settings. The solution is to remove the connection to the printer in the Bluetooth settings of the phone (using the Forget Device option). Then pair the printer with the phone from scratch normally. Pressing the feed button for 5 seconds will normally initiate this, but consult the printer's manual.
DRIVER VIEW
SETUP
First, you'll need to set the printer options:
Navigate to: Admin Portal->Manage Manifest->Settings->Drivers->Edit Driver (or add a new driver, if needed)
Go to Zebra Printing Default Size and select the label size based on the labels that are loaded in your Zebra printer.
You must select a size to give a driver access to the feature.
Note: if the driver is logged in when you first set the label size, they will need to log out and log in for the setting to take effect.
If your label size is not listed, please email us at support@compliancepublishing.com to request a new label size. (3x2 inches is the smallest label we can support)
If your label size is larger than a listed size, you may use any smaller size setting and it will work with the larger label. It just won't use up as much space on the label.
Existing drivers will also have a Printer Options button. Most printers will work properly with the default settings, but there are several options that you can set here based on the specifics of your printer.
Don't forget to click on 'Save' after changing any of the options including Zebra Printing Default Size.
On the device:
Use your device's bluetooth settings to connect (pair) to your Zebra printer. The bluetooth connection can take as long as a minute or two to fully establish.
If you don't already have Google Chrome on your device, you'll need to install it. The Compliance Publishing Print App requires it. It is available in either the Apple Store, or Google Play for free.
Then, install Compliance Publishing Print on the smartphone or tablet that you want to use to print labels.

USING ZEBRA PRINTING
Being sure your bluetooth connection to the Zebra printer is active and you've waited a minute after connecting to be sure the connection is fully established.
Open Compliance Publishing Print. This will open Chrome to the driver portal.
Note: If the print app closes immediately after you open it, it is most likely because it has been denied "Nearby devices" permissions, which it requires. To fix this (on Android devices), go to Settings->Apps->Select the CPCPrint App->Permissions->Select "Nearby devices" permission->Select Allow
Login as a driver.
Select a truck.
Begin a pickup for the customer for which you need to print labels.
Note: Completing the pickup is not required.
Near the top there will be a button that says 'Print Label'. Click on that. The menu will open.
If your label size is not automatically selected, or has changed, set the label size.
Note: changing the label size will set it as your new default
Choose the number of labels you'd like to print for this customer.
If desired, change the date. You may also remove the date if you want no date to print on the label.
Click on Print.
The label will be sent to your Compliance Publishing Print application, which will automatically send it to the printer. The printing may take several seconds to begin.
If it does not, click on Print again.
If it still does not print, check your bluetooth connection. You'll need to keep your printer close to your device--within a foot usually works well, but the range of your bluetooth connection will vary with your device and your printer.
Another issue that may prevent the app from printing is if your printer battery is low on power.
If it is low, it may not be able to maintain the bluetooth connection long enough to complete a print job. If you have an old and/or third party battery, it may not properly report the battery level. During testing, we found that 3 bars of battery power was not necessarily enough to print using a worn or cheaply made battery.
In your admin portal, go to:
Manage Manifest->Generator Labels->Zebra Labels
Select your label size.
If your label size is not listed, please email us at support@compliancepublishing.com to request a new label size.
If your label size is larger than a listed size, you may use any smaller size setting and it will work with the larger label. It just won't use up as much space on the label.
Enter how many labels to print per customer. Or, with "Make labels with no customer information" checked, this number will be the total number of labels to print.
If you want to include the customer id on the label, check that box.
Select the transporter, if needed.
You may select a route and a truck. These selections will change which generators are set to be red in the generator list, making it simple to select that set of generators by clicking on "Select All in Red"
You may also search for a specific generator.
Once you have either selected your generators or checked "Make labels with no customer information", click on Create Labels.
Click on Download PDF.
If your browser doesn't automatically open the PDF file, open it in your PDF viewer of choice.
Click on the Print button, being sure to select your connected Zebra printer.
