How do I cancel training that has been assigned to an employee?

Cancel training previously assigned to employees.

To cancel assigned training:

  1. Log into the Training center, and then click on Administration
  2. On the bottom right side of the page, they will find Assigned Training/Policies.  
  3. Click View All and select the employee. 

Providing the training course has not been started, the Remove Assignment option will be available. 

If the employee has started the course, but not yet taken a test, then use the Delete Session option under the Training/Policies in Progress.
