How do I schedule a customer?

Select a customer in Routing & Scheduling, then Pickup Schedule

Step 1. You can schedule a customer by first selecting them in the Pickup Schedule. Any customer in red has not been scheduled.

Step 2. Choose the frequency and truck/route that you will be servicing the customer. It could be once, multiple times per week, weekly, every two weeks, etc. If the customer is multiple times per week, the select the days of the week you wish the customer to be scheduled. For all other customers, you should select the days of the week they are open, so they may be rescheduled easily.

Select the next pickup date, and the truck/route this customer is assigned to. You may optionally enter in the expected number of containers and container types you will be servicing for this customer.

Next, you may optionally add in the office hours for this customer. These hours will display on the drivers screen, the route sheets, and in the scheduling reports.

Finally, the program will give you recommendations for trucks/routes that are most closely aligned with the customer that you're scheduling.
