      How to use customer reporting groups.

      CUSTOMER REPORTING GROUPS CAN NOW BE ADDED TO A CUSTOMER ON THE MAIN COMPANY ADMIN PAGE

      CUSTOMER REPORTING GROUPS ARE USED TO GENERATE REPORTS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

      ▪ Manage Manifest
      ▪ Billing
      Reporting Groups 1

      Manage Manifest:

      Customer Reporting Group "The New Test Companies" is created with two members
      Reporting Groups 2

      Manage Customers:

      01 Test Realty Corp is added to the group "The New Test Companies"
      Reporting Groups 3

      Manage Manifest:

      Pickups and on Trucks Report is requested for group "The New Test Companies"
      Reporting Groups 4

      Manage Manifest:

      Pickups and on Trucks Report is generated for these specific companies
      Reporting Groups 5

      Billing:

      The same customer reporting group can be used in the Billing Center to generate the Invoices Report

      A CUSTOMER CAN BELONG TO MULTIPLE REPORTING GROUPS
