How do I view a list of customers with a credit balances on their account?

You can use the Unpaid & Credits report to view customer accounts with credit balances.

To run a credit balance report:

1. Click on the Billing tab
2. Under Reports, click the Unpaid & Credit report
3. Select All Credits from the Report drop down
4. Click View
