      AS A REMINDER, THERE ARE TWO WAYS FOR CUSTOMERS TO VIEW UPCOMING SERVICES DATES: 1. Affiliate can send the service calendar in an email or as a hard copy 2. Customer can view service calendar in the Compliance Portal at any time

      Calendar Generation Screen:

      ▪ Select option to print, email or both
      ▪ Choose all customers or specific customers
      Service calendars 2

      Service Calendar:

      ▪ Generated for upcoming 12 months
      ▪ Affiliates often choose to send out this version for upcoming new year

      Affiliate can review and update email message which accompanies service calendar
