You know your username (email address) and password are correct, but you can't log into Compliance Publishing. Using Internet Explorer may be the problem.
If you aren't able to log in to Compliance Publishing and you are using the correct login credentials, you may need to use a different browser. Internet Explorer has many versions and it is difficult for us to guarantee that our software will work with each version. For this reason we recommend using either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
