Yes, drivers can complete unscheduled pickups directly from their device.
After the driver logs in and selects their route, the scheduled route for the selected date will appear on the New Pickup tab. Below the schedule, the driver will see a keypad that can be used to search for customers.
The driver can use the keypad to search for a customer by typing the 1st letter of the generator's name. After the driver selects the customer, a small menu will drop down and the driver will have the option to start a pickup.
