Can I upload completed paper manifests to the customer portal?
Yes, you can upload paper manifests to your customer's accounts via the MyDocs tab.
- You will need to find the customer by navigating to Manage Customers in the top level of navigation.
- Find and select the customer
- When the customer is open for maintenance, scroll all the way to the bottom, and click the Login as Company link
- From the Customer's portal, navigate to the MyDocs tab
- Click Add New Document and upload the manifest
