Can I upload completed paper manifests to the customer portal?

Yes, you can upload paper manifests to your customer's accounts via the MyDocs tab.

  1. You will need to find the customer by navigating to Manage Customers in the top level of navigation.
  2. Find and select the customer
  3. When the customer is open for maintenance, scroll all the way to the bottom, and click the Login as Company link
  4. From the Customer's portal, navigate to the MyDocs tab
  5. Click Add New Document and upload the manifest
