How do I change my email messages?

The email message center

The email message center allows you to edit, or add text to the emails that are sent to your customers used throughout this program.

Click on Manage Manifest, Settings, and then Email Message Center. Here you may edit:

  • The pickup and drop off emails.
  • The nightly scheduled service emails.
  • The nightly scheduled service email reminders. Here you select sending the reminder emails on the day the customer is serviced, the day before the customer is serviced, or no reminder.
  • The driver message to the customer is displayed in the driver's application to have an email message pre-filled out to your customers. This eliminates the need for the to fill out an email message every time they message a customer.
  • The Yearly Customer Calendars email message. The system can email or print a 12 month service calendar in Routing & Scheduling.
  • Edit the different sections in the Invoices email.
