How to check on the status of an email, or view a history of the emails that were sent to customers

USE THE EMAILS SENT REPORT. ALL EMAILS SENT WITHIN THE TIME FRAME CHOSEN ARE DISPLAYED WITH THE STATUS OF THE EMAIL.

REPORT GENERATION SCREEN:

Information is available from 4/8/2021 forward

 

Email Report 2

KEY STATUS CODES REPORTED:

Sent
Email could not be delivered due to a permanent bounce back
Pending

 

Sent: Indicates that message was sent successfully from our system

Email could not be delivered due to a permanent bounce back: Indicates that delivery to email address has failed. Address is now on suppression list

Pending: Email is still in process

POSSIBLE ACTIONS:

If email address is proven to be correct, the address can be removed from the suppression list
An attempt to resend the email can also be requested
