      How to handle hazardous waste.

      COMPLIANCE PUBLISHING CAN NOW CREATE A NON-OFFICIAL MANIFEST FOR HAZARDOUS WASTE. THE INFORMATION ON THIS MANIFEST WILL FLOW THROUGH TO THE BILLING PROCESS.

      FOR OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION, YOU MUST CONTINUE TO USE THE OFFICIAL HAZARDOUS WASTE MANIFEST THAT IS LEGALLY REQUIRED.

      Driver Screen
      * Create your hazardous waste containers in Manage Manifest, then Settings, then Manifest Custom Item List
      * Select a waste sub-type of "Hazardous (not official document)
      * Create a separate manifest specifically for Hazardous Waste (not official)

      Resulting Manifest:

      ▪ Indicates "Hazardous (not official document) at the top
      ▪ Lists the items picked up
      ▪ You should not include medical waste, or any other regulated waste on this manifest
      AS NOTED ABOVE, FOR OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION, YOU MUST CONTINUE TO USE THE OFFICIAL HAZARDOUS WASTE MANIFEST THAT IS LEGALLY REQUIRED (Form EPA 8700-22).
